Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your order to ship.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality and performance of every broadhead we make. If your purchase isn’t what you expected, you may return unused and unopened broadheads within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Products must be in original packaging and unshot condition.
- You’ll be responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Once inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
Defects & Damage
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We’ll send a prepaid return label and make it right fast — whether that means a replacement or full refund.
Lifetime Warranty Coverage
Our Lifetime Replacement Guarantee covers broadheads that are damaged during normal use (impact, hunting, etc.). This warranty is for replacement, not refund, and applies to the same or equivalent model. Proof of purchase and photos of the damaged head may be required.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Used or shot broadheads
- Opened packs missing components
- Custom or clearance items

Shipping Policy
Shipping Methods & Rates
Magnus Broadheads ships orders using USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail services.
We currently ship to the Contiguous United States (lower 48 states). For customers in Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and rates.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During peak seasons or holidays, please allow a few additional days for processing.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delivery Estimates
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days (estimated)
- USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days (estimated)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control such as weather, postal delays, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes outside the U.S. or to international destinations at this time. Broadheads and other hunting gear are subject to all local and federal shipping regulations.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us at brentparker@magnusbroadheads.com. We’ll work directly with USPS to resolve the issue and make sure you’re taken care of.
Tracking Your Order
You can track your shipment anytime using the USPS tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Follow the Warranty Replacement Instructions below and we'll send you your replacement broadheads right way!
If your product is discontinued, limited run, or no longer in stock. We will still honor our warranty and replace with another head we do have.

WARRANTY REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS
We’re happy to help with replacing any damaged broadheads. To ensure a smooth and accurate process, please follow these steps carefully:
Step 1: Take One Clear Photo
Place all damaged broadheads together in one single photo. Do not send multiple photos. If you send more than one, we will ask you to resend a single photo before we can process your request. This helps us clearly verify the damage and ensure you receive the correct replacements.
Step 2: File a Claim Below
Fill out the form below in full and attached a single photo. Please include: Broadhead Model, Weight, and Quantity of heads/blades needed (e.g., Black Hornet 4 Blade 125 gr – 1 pc). Note: Occasionally, our replies bounce back. If you don’t include a phone number, we have no other way to contact you.
